We have partnered with RETURN-IT EXPRESS!  Recycle your empty containers at one of the nearby express centres and make a donation to the club at same time! Process is quite simple:

  • Place recyclables into clear plastic bags, 70-75 liters in capacity, big plastic bags.  These can be picked up at most grocery stores, drug stores or hardware stores.
  •   There is a limit to 12 glass bottles per bag to avoid breakage.
  • Take the tired bags to any Return-It Express location, the one closest to the club is at 1253 West 75th Avenue, basically a three minute drive from the curling club.
  • Go to Express location and sign in with a phone number, 604 312-7657, the machine will then ask if this is for the Marpole Curling Club, respond “yes” a label will be printed.
  • Put the label on the bag and leave it in the drop off bin.

Express Return-It will sort and count the recyclables and credit the Fundraising account.

Milk and other containers have been recently added for deposit.

PLEASE DO NOT INSERT PLASTICS/BOTTLES THAT WERE USED FOR CLEANING PURPOSES.
