Your attendance is requested at the MARPOLE CURLING CLUB VIRTUAL ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING to be held online on Monday July 6, 2020 at 7pm for the following purposes:
Formal business of the AGM to be conducted includes
Approval of agenda and minutes of last year’s AGM
Approval of audited financials for 2019
Appointment and approval of auditors for 2020-2021 financials
Election of Directors to vacant seats
An Informal Information session including:
President’s report
Manager’s report
Treasurer’s report
Committee reports may be given for the past year and other updates as required
To receive and discuss any pertinent business the membership deems appropriate
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, it is not possible to hold our meeting at the club. Access to the AGM will only be through this virtual AGM process.
Members will be contacted by email with the zoom link, agenda, proxy form, minutes from last years meeting and supporting documents. Please contact pam@marpolecurling.ca if you have any questions.
